45 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Female, aged 45-55 years; 2. Western medicine diagnosis meets the diagnostic criteria for generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) (DSM-5); 3. Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) 14 total partitions: [14, 28) is the standard for mild to moderate anxiety disorder; Did not use anxiolytics or psychotropic drugs within 4.2 weeks; 5. Did not participate in other clinical trials one month before being included in this study; 6. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Definitely diagnosed as other serious diseases, such as heart failure, tumor, renal failure, etc.; 2. A clear diagnosis of mental illness in the past, such as schizophrenia, agoraphobia, etc.; 3. Abuse or dependence on substances (alcohol or drugs) in the past 3 months; 4. Fear of acupuncture; 5. Pregnant or breastfeeding.
