Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Comply with the diagnosis of infertility caused by early-onset ovarian function in western medicine and the syndrome differentiation of TCM belong to the kidney deficiency type; 2. Women of childbearing age aged 24-40 years; 3. The man's reproductive function is normal; 4. Anti-Müllerian hormone 1.1ng/ml < AMH < 2ng/ml; 5. The number of antral follicles AFC < 4; 6. Those who agree to receive treatment and follow-up observation according to this plan; 7. Willing to sign an informed consent form; 8. Willing to register a case.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Women who were pregnant or had menopause at the time of treatment; 2. After routine gynecological examinations such as imaging examination and secretion examination, it is determined that there is an organic disease causing POI; 3. Have received relevant treatment and may affect the effect observation index; 4. Severe heart, liver, and kidney damage affects normal drug metabolism; 5. Persons with abnormal thyroid function; 6. Combined with other physiological or pathological conditions that may affect the effect indicators; 7. Take the initiative to withdraw from treatment due to the patient's personal reasons; 8. Failure to strictly implement the intervention measures and change the treatment plan results in the failure to collect response data, effect indicators and other corresponding data or errors; 9. Severe adverse reactions and complications occurred during the treatment, and the treatment could not be continued; 10. Use drugs that interfere with this treatment plan; 11. Participate in other experiments at the same time; 12. Unable to complete various scales; 13. Unwilling to be randomly grouped.
