50 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Comply with KOA's diagnostic criteria of Chinese and Western medicine, meanwhile, the TCM syndrome is of Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome; 2.Aged 50 to 75 years, male and female, left knee pain, right handed; 3.Kellgren-Lawrence radiology score is II-III Points; 4.Knee joint pain lasts for more than 6 months; 5.VAS score >= 3 points; 6.Occupation: non-manual workers (such as teachers, corporate office staff, etc.), no daily strenuous lower limb activities; 7.Agree and sign an informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with damaged skin around the knee joint; 2.Patients with knee surgery history and history of severe trauma; 3.Secondary KOA, patients with rheumatoid arthritis, gouty arthritis, infectious arthritis and other joint diseases; 4.With diabetes , Systemic infections, severe liver and kidney function abnormalities, malignant tumors and other diseases; 5.Patients have received other treatment measures within the past month; 6.Patients are allergic to celecoxib capsules; 7.Pregnant or lactating women; 8.Mental disorders or cognition People with known dysfunction; 9.Suffering symptoms of the digestive system: such as active digestive ulcer/bleeding, or recurring ulcer/bleeding; 10.Patients with MRI contraindications such as locaphoresis, pacemakers, defibrillators, cardiac stents and intrauterine devices.
