Interventions

Control group:Yishenyangsui granule placebo (one bag at a time, twice a day, eight weeks) and mecobalamine pill (one pill at a time, three times a day, eight weeks)

Experimental group:Yishenyangsui granule (one bag at a time, twice a day, eight weeks) and mecobalamine pill (one pill at a time, three times a day, eight weeks)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients completing 6-month follow-up in the previous study; 2.Patients transferred to surgery and terminated during the observation period of 6 months in the previous study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The cases removed or detached during the observation period of 6 months in the preliminary study.
