Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient was diagnosed as a child with acute upper respiratory tract infection, and cough was the main symptom (>=2 points), and the onset time was within 48h; 2. syndrome differentiation for Tibetan medicine "qiang cai"; 3. Aged 2 to 14 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with severe malnutrition, or accompanied by other serious systemic diseases such as cardiovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, children with mental disorders, and children allergic to this medicine; 2. Children with epstein-barrvirus (EBV) infection, mycoplasma infection, high risk of upper respiratory tract diseases and respiratory infectious diseases; 3. Children with bronchiolitis, bronchitis, pneumonia and other lower respiratory tract infections; 4. Children who have taken anti-cold or cough medicine (including western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine) after onset.
