Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.In line with the diagnosis of western medicine and Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation standards; 2.Aged 18 to 45 years; 3.Junior high school education or above; 4.The han nationality; 5.Right-handed; 6.Stable sexual partner for more than 6 months; 7.IIEF-5 score > 21; 8.HAMD score 8-17.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Combined with other sexual dysfunction; 2.The spouse has sexual dysfunction; 3.Systemic disease with severe physical diseases, such as cardiovascular, liver, kidney, endocrine, hematopoietic, nervous system diseases, and a history of drug/alcohol or substance abuse within the past 6 months, as well as a history of long-term antipsychotic medication or mental disorders; 4.Into the group before half a month had affect ejaculation function of drugs; 5.Currently participating in, or has withdrawn within the past 30 days from, another clinical study that is not compatible with this study; 6.MRI examination contraindicated; 7.Suicidal tendencies; 8.There are fertility requirements in the next three months.
