Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 50-85 years; (2) Meet the core clinical diagnostic criteria for Alzheimer's disease of the National Institute on aging and the Alzheimer's Association (nia-aa), or the core clinical diagnostic criteria for mild cognitive impairment (MCI) caused by Alzheimer's disease (2011); (3) Graduated from primary school or above, able to complete relevant tests and inspections; (4) The total score of mini mental state examination = 0.5; the total score of haginsky ischemia scale <= 4; (5) Voluntary participation and consent of legal guardian,jointly sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Dementia caused by other reasons; (2) Visual and auditory impairment and could not complete the test; (3) Other mental disorders.
