Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. People who meet the diagnostic criteria of prediabetes. 2. Aged 30-65 years. 3. Clear consciousness, no dementia, memory disorders and other consciousness problems. 4. Normal movement, no neuromuscular diseases. 5. There is plenty of time to practice digging and keeping healthy after opening up valleys.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a history of mental illness and family history of mental illness, or abnormal mental and emotional state. 2. There are risks in the practice of Bigu in patients with all kinds of serious diseases. 3. Patients with other chronic diseases need to take medicine for a long time, which will affect the results of the experiment. 4. Patients with gastrointestinal diseases and those who used antibiotics, probiotics and other drugs that affected intestinal flora one month before the experiment.
