Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. People over 55 years of age; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for shoulder pain in this study; 3. Those who did not participate in other clinical research; 4. Those who can master acupoint location (test). Diagnostic criteria for shoulder pain in this study The four standards include: 1. Chronic disease; 2. The pain of the shoulder joint is at night, but it is less swollen; 3. Obviously limited movement of the shoulder joint; 4. Shoulder joint abduction and lifting, external rotation, extension, and back lifting are restricted, and cannot be used for undressing, combing hair, washing face, etc.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute inflammation of frozen shoulder (see redness and fever), fracture and dislocation of the shoulder joint, or ligament rupture; 2. Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and diabetes; 3. Those who cannot understand and accurately perform self-treatment and answer the questionnaire (such as: patients with cognitive impairment); 4. Patients with bilateral shoulder pain (cannot use self-massage on the healthy side).
