Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meet the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine mentioned above; 2.Conforms to the above-mentioned criteria of TCM syndrome differentiation; 3.Aged 20 to 55 years; 4.Have not received any other diet treatment in the last three months; 5.Voluntary participants in the study and the signing of informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Secondary obesity, such as thalamic, pituitary diseases, hypothyroidism, cortisol, insulin, gonadal secretion changes and drug-induced secondary obesity; 2.Persons with serious primary diseases of vital organs or systems such as heart, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system; 3.Complicated with neurological or psychiatric disorders and unable to cooperate or unwilling to cooperate; 4.Pregnant or lactating women and recent family planning; 5.History of alcohol and animal protein allergy; 6.Patients with scar constitution; 7.Those who have received any other diet treatment within the last three months.
