Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of acne vulgaris; 2. Between the ages of 18-27 years old, there is no restriction on gender; 3. Have not used internal medicines related to this disease within 1 month before treatment, and have not used external medicines related to this disease within 1 week; 4. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with serious heart, brain, blood vessel, endocrine and other diseases; 2. Received other treatments 1 month before participating in this trial; 3. Patients with scar constitution; 4. Patients with abnormal consciousness and mental illness; 5. Pregnant or lactating women; 6. Patients who are allergic to doxycycline antibiotics. 7. Patients who are afraid of needles or fainting needles.
