Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Obese patients meeting the diagnostic criteria; 2. Body mass index 28 kg / m2 <= (BMI) < 32 kg/m2 ; 3. College students aged between 18 and 25, regardless of gender; 4. No other weight loss measures were taken within 6 months before participating in this study; 5. Read and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Poor coagulation function with infection and bleeding; 2. Local skin infection; 3. Patients with severe heart, liver and kidney dysfunction or critical illness; 4. Secondary obesity includes thalamic lesions, or endocrine system diseases such as hypercortisolism and thyroid function Hypoinsulinemia, insulinoma, etc.; 5. Allergic to foreign protein (such as fish, shrimp, crab and other seafood, eggs).
