Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 35-70 years; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for cerebral infarction, with head CT or MRI to identify the infarct focus; 3. Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD) 60 points, basic self-care; 6. MMSE score is illiteracy >= 13 points, elementary school culture >= 19 points, middle school or above culture >= 24 points; 7. Total MoCA score = 12 years of education, < 25 for those with < 12 years of education, and refer to the baseline assumptions in the Expert Management Consensus on Cognitive Impairment after Stroke.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The course of cerebral infarction was less than 14 days or more than 6 months; 2. Family members complain of cognitive decline before cerebral infarction, or cognitive dysfunction caused by other reasons; 3. Patients with incomplete basic information and clinical data do not meet the scoring requirements of the scale; 4. Heart failure, Parkinson's disease, senile dementia, post-stroke dementia, cancer, critical disease, etc.; 5. Because of coma, mental disorders and other reasons and cannot cooperate with the patient; 6. Some diseases that interfere with the evaluation of cognitive function, including brain trauma and mental illness; 7. Patients who had taken drugs to improve cognitive function before screening.
