Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with fibromyalgia syndrome: (1) Participants who meet the diagnostic criteria for fibromyalgia syndrome formulated by the American Rheumatology Society. (2) Whose scores for pain intensity are more than 30mm (measured by Visual analogue score, VAS 0-100mm). (3) Participants aged 18-75 years. (4) Participants who fully understand the research process and are willing to provide informed consent. 2. Healthy volunteer: (1) A healthy person that currently has no obvious disease characteristics. (2) Participants aged 18-75 years. (3) Participants who fully understand the research process and are willing to provide informed consent..

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.People with mental disorders or other serious organic diseases, such as organ failure. 2.People with hyperemia or coagulation dysfunction. 3.People taking oral pain medication or undergoing other interventions for pain relief during the trial. 4.Pregnant or lactating women. 5.People currently participating in another clinical trial.
