18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects with stroke who meet the following inclusion criteria will be eligible to participate in this study: 1) Within the age range of 18 to 65 years old. 2) Stable pathogenic condition without consciousness disorder and possessed the ability to cooperate with examination and treatment. 3) The course of the disease within one month. 4) FOIS ratings below grade 3. 5) TMS-MEP can be measured. 6) No previous history of stroke. 7) In accordance with diagnostic criteria and signed the informed consent to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects were excluded if they had any of the following condition: 1) Patients with skull defect. 2) Have a history of epilepsy, or first-degree relatives have a history of idiopathic epilepsy and use epileptic drugs. 3) serious liver and kidney diseases, cardiovascular diseases, hematologic diseases or malignant tumors. 4) Pregnant women and lactating patients. 5) Patients with uncontrollable head and tremor. 6) Having metal electrodes in the brain, pacemakers and other metal devices in the human body. 7) Possibility of inducing epilepsy. 8) Patients with high intracranial pressure. 9) Patients with acute intracranial hemorrhage. 10) Refuse treatment or do not cooperate with treatment.
