Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of lateral epicondylitis; 2. Aged 18-70 years, no gender restriction; 3. Volunteer to participate in case registration study, and sign a consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.With abnormal blood coagulation mechanism; 2.Infection signs such as redness and swelling, burning or deep abscess at the surgical site; 3.With failure of heart, brain, kidney and other organs; 4.With bone tumors,spinal tuberculosis,severe osteoporosis and other osteoarthrosis; 5.With serious medical diseases such as gastrointestinal bleeding and liver cirrhosis; 6.with infectious diseases such as tuberculosis and chronic hepatitis B; 7.With other chronic infections, mental diseases, etc; 8.People who have taken painkillers within 1 week or received other treatment within 2 weeks; 9.Gestational patients who are unsuitable for relevant treatment ; 10.Other situations in where the researcher thinks it is inappropriate to participate in the study
