Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 40-75 years, male or female; 2.According to the diagnostic criteria of knee osteoarthritis. (1)Repeated knee pain in recent 1 month; (2)The time of morning stiffness of knee joint was less than or equal to 30 min; (3)There are bone frications in the knee joint during physical activity; (4)X-ray film (standing or weight-bearing position) showed narrowing of knee joint space, subchondral osteosclerosis and/or cystic degeneration, osteophyte formation at the edge of the joint; (5)MRI showed cartilage injury, osteophyte formation, subchondral bone marrow edema and (or) cystic degeneration, meniscal degenerative tear, partial or full-thickness cartilage loss; (Note: koa can be diagnosed if it meets the diagnostic criteria of 1+2+3or1+4or1+5) 3.Patients who have not received local or oral medication or surgery for knee joint in recent two weeks; 4.The patients who agree and sign the informed consent, can adhere to the treatment on schedule and cooperate with the doctor.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.All patients with fever or skin infection at the treatment site; 2.Severe heart, liver and kidney insufficiency or systemic failure; 3.Patients with pain around knee joint and limited movement caused by bone tuberculosis, bone tumor and fracture; 4.Treat the patients with acute injury of knee joint.
