Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Gynecological tumors were diagnosed by imaging and pathology and required concurrent cisplatin chemotherapy by pelvic external irradiation; 2.No serious organic diseases such as heart, lung, liver or kidney; 3.With normal mental and cognitive functions, he could cooperate with medical staff to complete the study successfully; 4.I was aware of the condition and volunteered to participate in this study; 5.Kps>=60.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Nausea and vomiting caused by other malignant tumors; 2.Gestational patient; 3.Inflammation, scar or trauma at the site of acupuncture, or other serious systemic infection; 4.Patients with severe complications or severe bone marrow suppression from external pelvic irradiation with concurrent cisplatin chemotherapy; 5.Have mental disorder or senile dementia, unable to communicate with medical staff normally; 6.Chronic opioid use or metabolic imbalance (electrolyte imbalance) resulting in vomiting.
