Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? The diagnosis of the disease was in line with the diagnostic criteria of lumbar disc herniation in the first edition of Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines - Orthopedics Branch compiled by the Chinese Medical Association in 2009, and was confirmed by lumbar CT or MRI. ? Patients undergoing elective lumbar surgery. ? Patients with preoperative fatigue visual analogue score < 3. ? Patients meeting the diagnostic criteria of POFS after surgery. ? No serious other diseases are present. Age =18 years old. ? They have normal cognitive ability. ?The number of days in hospital =7 days. ? Signed informed consent and volunteered to cooperate with the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with severe medical diseases and severe fatigue before surgery (preoperative fatigue visual analogue score =3 points). ? Patients with unstable vital signs after surgery. (3) people with unclear consciousness or severe communication difficulties.
