Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for post-stroke cognitive impairment; 2. Between 40 and 70 years old; 3. The course is between one to six months; 4. Clear consciousness, no serious aphasia and comprehension disorder, can complete memory and cognition tests; 5. Having cognitive impairment according to the Mini-Mental Status Examination (MMSE) screening; 6. No mental illness; 7. Signing the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe liver, kidney, blood disease and primary disease of endocrine system; 2. Those who have a pacemaker installed, foreign metal material in their bodies or skull defects; 3. Those who have a history of epilepsy or brain surgery, increased intracranial pressure, tumors, or pregnancy; 4. Patients with severe aphasia, severe vision loss, visual field defect, visual space neglect, and hearing impairment, who cannot cooperate with treatment and related assessment; 5. Have used antidepressant, anti-anxiety, sedative and other drugs that affect cortical excitability within 3 months before being enrolled; 6. Past rTMS treatment history.
