Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy is performed, and the preoperative patient classification (ASA classification) of the American Society of Anesthesiologists is I-III; 2. Age >= 18 years old and <= 75 years old, no gender limit; 3. Body mass index 18-32kg/m2 (body mass index BMI = weight (kg) / height 2 (m2)); 4. Understand and agree to participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Known transient ischemic attack, subarachnoid hemorrhage and cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction, brain tumor, cerebrovascular malformation, cerebral arteritis, brain trauma and other brain diseases. 2.Those with severe liver and kidney function damage (ALT, AST, BUN, Cr exceeding 1.5 times the normal value). 3.Myelitis, spinal cord demyelination, spinal cord compression, spinal cord tumors and other central nervous system diseases. 4.Patients who have undergone surgery on acupoints and meridians. 5.Patients with local skin infections at acupoints. 6.Those who have participated in or are participating in other clinical trials within 4 weeks before enrollment.
