18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged from 18 to 65 years; 2. voluntarily participated in this experiment and signed the consent form; 3. the diagnosis was in accordance with the standard of renal calculi; 4. single-channel PCNL operation was performed, and the pain score was lower than 3 at 6 hours after operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with renal calculi complicated with severe cardiopulmonary diseases; 2. patients with pain in other parts; 3. patients with nervous system diseases, paraplegia and hemiplegia; 4. patients with renal calculi complicated with tumor or tumor operation, 5 patients with severe infection before operation.
