Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Newly treated patients with head and neck cancer who need radiotherapy; 2. The patients whose age is more than 18 years old and less than 80 years old are not limited in gender; 3. Patients with KPS score >= 60;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with previous tumor treatment history; 2. Patients with severe infection; complicated with cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver and kidney function, hematopoietic system and other serious diseases; 3. Pregnant and lactating women; 4. Other conditions that the researcher judged not to be included.
