Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.The diagnosis of ischemic stroke is confirmedand SE of TOAST is excluded; 2.the first symptom of cerebral infarction occurred 48 hours before admission; 3.age: 18-85 years old; 4.First onset or past history of stroke, but no serious sequelae (mRS<=1 points); 5.score for neurological deficit: 4 <= NIHSS <= 25; 6.informed consent of patients and their families.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with TIAl, acunar cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage after cerebral infarction, subarachnoid hemorrhage or posterior circulation ischemia 2.Patients with hemiplegia caused by brain tumors, brain trauma, parasitosis and metabolic disorders; Patients with cardiogenic cerebral embolism caused by heart disease; 3.Patients with history of thrombolytic therapy 4.Patients with gastrointestinal ulcer, bleeding tendency, or severe cardiovascular, hepatic, renal, endocrine or hematonosis diseases; 5.Pregnant and lactating women; 6.Patients allergic to PNF; 7.Have participated in other drug trials within 3 months; 8.Researchers believe that they are not suitable for selection.
