Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. January 1,2015-November 1,2020, patients who Diagnosed with chronic constipation from our hosipital; 2. had recieved an electronic colonoscopy; 3. had test hematological and biochemical indicators.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The medical records incomplete; 2. Colonoscopy examination has colonic malignant tumor, ulcerative colitis and other organic lesions.
