35 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Voluntary participants in this cohort study and signed informed consent form; 2. Subjects aged 35-80 years; 3. People who have lived in the local area for more than one year.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe infectious diseases, severe physical disabilities, mental disorders, or unable to communicate normally; 2. Patients with active gastrointestinal bleeding, severe thrombocytopenia, coagulation dysfunction and other hematological diseases in recent 3 months; 3. The subjects with unstable vital signs have serious electrolyte disorder; 4. Pregnant women, lactating women or women with pregnancy plans in the near future; 5. Subjects who have participated in or are participating in other clinical trials in recent 3 months; 6. The researchers think that it is not suitable to participate in this cohort study.
