Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients over the age of 60, male and female; 2) Patients, ASA II-III; 3) Laparoscopic surgery performed under general anesthesia; 4) The duration of operation is less than 3 hours; 5) Patients familiar with all the procedure and evaluation, agreed to participate in this experiment, and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients who are allergic to tropisetron; 2) Patients who have the history of PONV or motion sickness; 3) Patients with excessive fluctuation of blood pressure and heart rate during operation; 4) Patients who's skin of Neiguan Point damaged; 5) Patients with mental disorders who are unable to communicate.
