Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The first onset was in accordance with the above diagnostic criteria; (2) The patients were 40-75 years old, and the course of disease was 2-6 months; (3) Hemiplegia existed in one limb; (4) Right handed; (5) The vital signs were stable without disturbance of consciousness; (6) They agreed to participate in the trial and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Contraindications of acupuncture treatment or extreme fear of acupuncture; (the contraindications of acupuncture and moxibustion include coagulation dysfunction, high stress level and severe myocardial injury. These objects are not suitable for acupuncture and moxibustion, and are prone to bleeding, acute psychological stress and other adverse events.) (2) There are serious complications: such as severe liver dysfunction, heart failure, respiratory failure, malignant tumor, severe blood disease patients; (3) Those who have a history of needle fainting and are unable to cooperate or unwilling to accept acupuncture; (4) Pregnant women, severe cognitive or communication disorders can not cooperate; (5) Participants in other clinical tests at the same time.
