Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with primary hypertension, having mean systolic blood pressure >= 140 mmHg and = 90mmHg and < 110 mmHg without antihypertensive therapy; 2. Diagnosed of heart-and-liver fire syndrome; 3. Aged between 18-65 years, both male and female; 4. Signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Definite or suspected secondary hypertension; 2. Usingßblockers; 3. Endocrine diseases such as diabetes and thyroid disease; 4. Unstable angina,myocardial infarction,heart failure disease or cerebrovascular accident; 5. Combined with some other cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and other serious primary diseases or malignancy (include unilateral or bilateral renal artery stenosis); 6. Chronic gastrointestinal disorders; 7. Diarrhea or other gastrointestinal diseases in the past month,or taking microecological preparations, hormone drugs or antibiotics within the past month; 8. Allergic constitution or allergic to multiple drugs; 9. Pregnancy or lactation women or recent pregnancy preparation.
