18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 18 and 65; 2. Diagnosis of sleep disorder according to the International Classification of Sleep Disorders (Third Edition) (ICSD-3) criteria for DSWPD ; 3. No contraindications to acupuncture; 4. Agreement to the study plan and voluntary provision of informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with severe heart, liver and kidney injuries, blood and respiratory diseases, severe digestive diseases or severe mental illness; 2. Those with infectious diseases such as liver disease or AIDS and those who have not recovered from severe trauma; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. Participants with poor compliance during treatment (unable to complete the sleep scales as required, to wear the actimetry sensor as required, or to undergo treatment for the 7-day period); 5. Skin breakages or diseases in the acupoint regions.
