Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet any of the following: 1) More than 3 times of embryo transfer failed, and at least 4 high-quality embryos were transferred; 2) Two consecutive embryo transfer failures, and at least 4 high quality embryos were transferred. 2. IVF / ICSI / PGD for embryo transfer; 3. 1-2 high-quality embryos at D3 cleavage stage or blastocysts will be transffered for IVF or ICSI, and only one blastocyst will be transferred from PGD; 4. Aged 20-38 years; 5. Sign informed consent voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have contraindications to pregnancy or assisted reproductive technology; 2. Chromosomal abnormalities of either spouse (except polymorphism); 3. Abnormal gene diseases via PGD examination; 4. Untreated uterine diseases (uterine malformation, submucous myoma, adenomyosis, endometriosis, etc.) which affect the shape of uterine cavity; 5. AMH < 1.1ng/ml or AFC < 7; 6. The endometrial thickness on the day of transformation/ovulation less than 7 mm; 7. More than 2 times of clinical pregnancy abortion; 8. Patients with serious primary diseases in cardiovascular, liver, kidney, and hematopoietic system, or with mental diseases; 9. Those who have been given treatment (such as acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine) related to regulating menstruation and helping pregnancy in the lateset 3 months.
