Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 65-85 years. 2. Accord with the diagnostic standard of knee osteoarthritis. 3. Those who have received other conservative treatment must go through a washout period of more than one week. 4. Sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with knee joint tumor, tuberculosis, osteomyelitis. 2. Patients with bilateral knee osteoarthritis. 3. Those who have received knee surgery. 4. Knee osteoarthritis of dampness heat obstruction syndrome. 5. Allergic constitution (allergic to more than two kinds of food, drugs, pollen, etc.) or allergic to the known ingredients of the test drug or skin susceptible to allergy. 6. Patients with serious primary diseases such as cardio cerebrovascular, liver and kidney, tumor and hematopoietic system. 7. Liver function is 2 times higher than the upper limit of normal value or renal function is 2 times higher than the upper limit of normal value. 8. Patients with rheumatic immune disease or acute injury. 9. Treatment of local skin damage or skin condition is not suitable for external treatment. 10. Other circumstances considered unsuitable by the researchers.
