Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with respiratory failure caused by severe AECOPD; 2. Patients transferred to ICU for invasive mechanical ventilation after tracheal intubation; 3. Patients with stable vital signs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient's age is less than 18 years old or more than 75 years old; 2. Patients who need to use muscle relaxants; 3. Patients with thoracic or spinal deformities; 4. Patients whose systolic blood pressure >= 180mmhg or less than 90mmHg could not be corrected; 5. Patients of pregnant women; 6. Patients with myocardial infarction; 7. Patients with left heart failure and cardiogenic pulmonary edema; 8. Patients with history of tumor and liver disease; 9. Patients with chronic renal failure in basic diseases; 10. Patients with transcutaneous oxygen saturation less than 80%.
