Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-70 years; 2. Patients admitted to ICU; 3. The diagnosis meets the ARDS criteria and the mechanical ventilation time is greater than or equal to 48 hours; 4. Patients or their family members sign informed consent, cooperate with the investigation and comply with the patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who died within 72 hours after tracheal intubation; 2. Pregnant women; 3. Patients with immunodeficiency/injury; 4. Patients with gastrointestinal obstruction or bleeding; 5. Diabetic.
