Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of schizophrenia, with stable condition, clear consciousness and stable vital signs; 2. The total score of the Positive and Negative Symptom Scale (PANSS) > 60 points; 3. It is the first time that he has not taken any antipsychotic drugs; 4. Age between 18 and 45 years old; 5. Han people, right-handed; 6. 18 years old <= age <= 75 years old; 7. The patient or legal guardian agrees and has signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Received MECT, rTMS treatment within 1 month 2. Contraindications for transcranial magnetic stimulation such as cardiac pacemakers, intracranial metal, aneurysm clips, etc.; 3. A history of craniocerebral disease (stroke, brain injury, meningitis, tumor, etc.), a history of epilepsy; 4. Patients with severe heart, liver, kidney, endocrine system and hematopoietic system diseases; 5. Pregnant and lactating women; 6. Those who are participating in other clinical trials that affect the evaluation of the results of this study.
