Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 60 years or older; Able to understand researchers' instructions and cooperate with study tasks; Normal vision/hearing (assistive devices permitted if routinely used); Capable of completing standing training under researcher supervision; Voluntary participation with signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe cardiopulmonary instability; Acute musculoskeletal injuries; Epilepsy history or other conditions unsuitable for VR training; Severe physical/mental health issues affecting study outcomes; Inability to understand requirements or complete tasks; Significant dizziness, nausea, discomfort or non-compliance during trials.
