Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meets the Western medical diagnostic criteria for adult idiopathic scoliosis; (2) 18 = age = 60, with no restriction on gender; (3) No language barriers, able to understand the content of the scales; (4) Has not received any other form of treatment for adult idiopathic scoliosis in the past month; (5) Volunteers willing to participate actively and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Cobb angle = 40°; (2) Patients with ankylosing spondylitis, spinal surgery history, or rheumatic diseases; (3) Patients with other severe visceral organ system diseases (heart, liver, lungs, kidneys, brain, etc.) or mental disorders; (4) Patients with coagulation disorders; (5) Patients with a history of lumbar trauma or surgery, or severe skin damage, infection, etc., at the treatment site; (6) Patients with an allergic constitution, allergic to acupuncture needles, prone to needle fainting, or fear of pain; (7) Pregnant or breastfeeding women.
