Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meets the diagnostic criteria for hemiplegia after cerebral infarction; (2) Age between 40 and 80 years old; (3) First occurrence of cerebral infarction, or a history of cerebral infarction without significant residual limb dysfunction; (4) Stable condition, clear consciousness, stable vital signs, and able to cooperate in completing rehabilitation assessments and treatments; (5) Brenstrom stage II or above in the hemiplegic lower limb; (6) Disease duration between 1 week and 6 months; (7) The patient or their legal guardian fully understands and voluntarily signs the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Individuals with severe cognitive impairment (e.g., a score below the cutoff for the corresponding educational level on the Brief Mental State Examination), unable to understand and execute instructions; (2) Individuals with severe heart, liver, or kidney dysfunction, or debilitating diseases such as malignant tumors; (3) Individuals with a history of mental illness or currently taking antipsychotic medications; (4) Individuals with a history of lower limb fractures, joint replacements, or severe arthritis affecting lower limb motor function; (5) Individuals with extreme fear of acupuncture or who faint at the point of needling, or those with infections, lesions, or skin diseases at the acupuncture site; (6) Individuals currently participating in other interventional clinical studies or receiving other experimental treatments; (7) Pregnant or lactating women.
