Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: In line with the diagnosis of AD Chinese and Western medicine 2: Eczema area and severity index ( EASI ) score = 15. 3: Patients with the researcher 's overall score ( IGA ) = 3 4: AD patients who had received at least 12 weeks of duplizumab or JAK inhibitor treatment in the past year, but the improvement of skin lesions did not reach EASI 50 or pruritus NRS score = 4 or DLQI score = 6

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Patients with acute or chronic skin infections, psoriasis, scabies, or allergic or contact dermatitis 2: Patients with chronic systemic diseases or tumors such as circulatory, respiratory, digestive and hematopoietic systems 3: psychotic 4: Pregnant women and lactating patients 5: Combined drug abuse, alcohol abusers
