18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Aged 18–75 years, regardless of gender; 2)Have available coronary CTA images; 3)Hospitalized patients with a confirmed diagnosis of coronary artery disease (CAD).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Presence of severe cardiac dysfunction, including prior or current New York Heart Association (NYHA) functional class = III and/or left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) = 50%; 2)Presence of severe hepatic or renal dysfunction, including serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and/or aspartate aminotransferase (AST) levels > 3 times the upper limit of normal, estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) < 30 mL/(min·1.73 m²), or undergoing renal replacement therapy; 3)Presence of other significant cardiac diseases including primary valvular heart disease, severe arrhythmias, myocarditis, pericardial disease, congenital heart disease, or prior coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG); 4)Presence of severe hematologic diseases, malignant tumors, or thyroid dysfunction; 5)Poor image quality on coronary CTA.
