Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria 1. Age 18–65 years, with a confirmed diagnosis of Hemophilia A; 2. Meets the Western diagnostic criteria for hemophilic arthropathy and is classified as having Kidney Deficiency and Marrow Deficiency according to traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) differentiation; 3. Imaging assessment meets the Amold-Hilgartner grading criteria at = Grade IV; 4. Clearly intends to undergo unilateral total knee arthroplasty; 5. Negative for inhibitors; 6. Able to accept TCM intervention and provides informed consent before the procedure; 7. Hemoglobin =90 g/L, with essentially normal liver and kidney function.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Coexisting conditions causing knee joint lesions (e.g., rheumatoid arthritis, gout); 2. Presence of high-titer FVIII inhibitors; 3. Coexisting severe dysfunction of major organs such as heart, liver, and kidneys; 4. Inability to receive regular Chinese herbal treatment post-surgery; 5. History of allergy to components of Xianhe Decoction or severe gastrointestinal discomfort; 6. Participation in other interventional clinical studies.
