Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age = 18 and = 75 years; No gender perference; (2) Meets the diagnostic criteria for gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD): presence of typical heartburn and/or reflux symptoms lasting = 3 months; Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease Questionnaire (GERDQ) score = 8. Or, within the past year, have been diagnosed with reflux esophagitis (Los Angeles [LA] grade A or higher) via upper gastrointestinal endoscopy, or have been confirmed to have pathological reflux via 24-hour esophageal pH-impedance monitoring; (3) Be mentally alert and lucid, able to correctly understand the questionnaire assessment, and capable of completing the questionnaire independently; (4) Understand and agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Gastroscopy reveals Barrett's esophagus, hiatal hernia, esophageal cancer, or severe esophageal erosion (LA grade C/D); (2) History of esophageal or gastric surgery; (3) At the time of enrollment, patients with relatively severe underlying diseases of the cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, hepatic, renal, endocrine, hematological, or neuropsychiatric systems, or a tendency to bleed; (4) Pregnant or breastfeeding women, or women currently planning to become pregnant; (5) Patients currently participating in other clinical trials involving drugs or medical devices; (6) Patients with an allergy to acupuncture or who experience psychological anxiety that prevents them from cooperating with this treatment.
