Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) aged 18 years or older; (2) diagnosed with acute myelogenous leukemia through pathological diagnosis and received induction chemotherapy; (3) expected survival of at least 6 months; (4) willing to participate and provide written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria: (1) communication barriers; (2) inflammation, eczema, ulceration, or severe deformity of the auricle; (3) known allergy to adhesive tape; (4) use of a hearing aid at the intended intervention sites; (5) receipt of any auricular acupressure therapy within the 3 months prior to enrollment; (6) severe cognitive or psychiatric impairment precluding cooperation with treatment and evaluation. (7) concurrent participation in another clinical trials that may interfere with the assessment of outcomes.
