18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age between 18 and 85 years (inclusive); 2.Meet the Western medicine clinical diagnostic criteria for acute ischemic stroke; 3.Meet the traditional Chinese medicine diagnostic criteria for stroke and be diagnosed with the heat-phlegm and sthenic-fu syndrome; 4.Admitted to hospital within 24 hours of acute symptom onset; 5.Provide informed consent and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of diseases requiring differentiation from stroke-associated pneumonia, such as pulmonary tuberculosis, etc.; 2.History of pre-hospital infection or recent history of antibiotic use; 3.Patients requiring mechanical ventilation; 4.Pregnant or lactating women; 5.Allergy to drugs of the same class or any ingredient contained in the investigational drug; 6.Patients with abnormal cardiac, hepatic, or renal function, hematologic diseases, malignant tumors, or immunodeficiency.
