18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) 18 years old or above; 2) Inpatient or outpatient who meets the Chinese or Western medical diagnostic criteria for DFU; 3) DFU patients with Wagner clinical grade 2–3; 4) Normal thinking, capable of independent actions, and able to communicate normally; 5) Voluntarily participating in this study and signing the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) People with severe liver or kidney damage, or serious heart and cerebrovascular diseases; 2) Those with acute diabetic complications, acute infections, proliferative retinopathy, severe kidney disease, etc.; 3) Those with necrotizing fasciitis of the lower limbs, cellulitis, radiation ulcers, pyoderma gangrenosum, cancerous wounds, malignant tumors, etc.; 4) Those with cognitive impairment, consciousness disorders, hearing or communication difficulties, or unwillingness to cooperate; 5) Pregnant or breastfeeding patients; 6) Those currently participating in other studies that could affect the results of this study.
