Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for the Feirepishi Pattern group:Aged 18–65 years, of either sex;Diagnosed with allergic rhinitis (AR) according to the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis (2022, Revised Edition);Meet the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) diagnostic criteria for the Feirepishi Pattern;Willing to comply with all study procedures and provide written informed consent.Inclusion criteria for the non-Feirepishi Pattern group:Aged 18–65 years, of either sex;Diagnosed with AR according to the same guidelines;Do not meet the TCM diagnostic criteria for the Feirepishi Pattern;Willing to comply with all study procedures and provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with other severe nasal diseases, such as purulent sinusitis, severe nasal polyps, severe nasal septum deviation or curvature, and nasal cavity tumors; those with concurrent asthma attacks; individuals who have had severe primary diseases in the cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, and hematopoietic systems within the past six months; pregnant women, lactating women, or women planning to become pregnant; those who do not meet the inclusion criteria and other situations unsuitable for enrollment.
