45 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women aged =45 years with prominent menopausal symptoms and impaired quality of life (Kupperman Menopausal Index score > 6 points).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Regular use of hormone replacement therapy or high-dose phytoestrogen supplements within the past month; presence of severe physical illness, severe osteoarthritis or limited motor function that prevents safe and independent completion of Baduanjin exercises; diagnosis of severe mental disorders (e.g., major depressive disorder, schizophrenia).
