Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of akinetic–rigid Parkinson's disease; (2) The disease stage was in the early or middle stage; (3) age 40-80 years old; (4) in a relatively stable stage, taking dopamine efficacy drugs regularly with no change or no medication in the past 1 month;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with severe allergic constitution or allergy to stainless steel acupuncture needles or sterilized cotton swabs used in the intervention; (2) patients with serious primary diseases of the heart, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and other important organs and systems requiring treatment. (3) patients with neurological or mental disorders who were unable to cooperate or unwilling to cooperate. (4) pregnant or lactating women and those with recent childbearing plans.
