Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients presenting with cranial tinnitus as the chief complaint and meeting the above diagnostic criteria of Western edicine and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). 2.Aged between 35 and 85 years old, with no restriction on gender. 3.No cerebral infarction, intracranial tumor or other organic lesions detected by cranial MRI examination. 4.No hepatorenal toxic drugs used within the past 3 months, and no participation in other clinical trials during the same period. 5.Clear consciousness, capable of completing scale assessments, return visits and follow-up as required. 6.Voluntarily sign the informed consent form with full understanding of the research contents.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with abnormal head sounds caused by otogenic diseases, genuine tinnitus or vertigo. 2.Pregnant women, lactating women and women planning to conceive. 3.Individuals with allergic constitution, or those allergic to the drugs and therapies used in this trial. 4.Patients complicated with severe cardiac, hepatic, renal, hematological diseases and mental disorders. 5.Patients who are unable to cooperate with examinations, treatment and follow-up, resulting in incomplete data collection.
