18 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1: Aged 18 to 60 years, with ASA physical status Grade I–II 2: scheduled for elective endoscopic radical thyroidectomy (unilateral/bilateral) 3: signed informed consent and voluntarily participated in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. ASA physical status = Class III; age > 60 years or 24 kg/m² 3. Long-term use of anticoagulants, antiplatelet agents or analgesics 4. Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases (unstable angina, uncontrolled hypertension, history of stroke) 5. Facial anatomical abnormalities, infection or trauma 6. Preoperative pharyngolaryngeal lesions or vocal cord paralysis 7. History of drug abuse, chronic alcoholism or psychiatric disorders 8. Hepatic or renal insufficiency (ALT/AST > 2 times the upper limit of normal; Cr > 133 µmol/L) 9. History of facial paralysis or stroke within the past six months; patients with hemifacial spasm
